Edge World Wide, an Austrian based NGO, reached out to the Aspire to Be the team with one simple goal in mind: Connect a Community.

Today, Edge World Wide supports the professional development and wages of four full-time teachers and provides a free dynamic education for over 250 students ranging from 5 to 45 years old in the small community school and vocational training center located in Phum Ou, just outside Siem Reap Cambodia.

Aspire to Be has been working with the Edge World Wide team over the last few months to acquire and install new laptop computers at the school's recently completed library. The laptops will serve primarily as a tool for teachers to assist students in learning English and prove residents free access to the only available computers in the local community. Having access to this technology will also allow students of all ages to participate in computer literacy training to gain a basic understanding of how to operate a Microsoft Windows-based operating system, a necessary prerequisite to breaking a generational cycle of poverty.

Aspire to Be has assisted with overcoming all of the logistical channels of getting the computers out to the rule Phum Ou community, and is ready to purchase the laptops, but we need your help. 100% of your donations for this project will go directly to those who need it most, and provide with Phum Ou community with an unprecedented access to technology.
